a Incompletely resected.
b The cancer detected after colectomy was remote from the HGD lesion. In endoscopy, there was an area with multiple pseudopolyps at left side colon. The tissue was taken randomly at the site, but the biopsy showed just chronic inflammation. Because there was another NR HGD at right side colon, total colectomy was performed and the cancer at left side colon was diagnosed.
